Here is our annual Residential Plumbing Inspection Checklist

1. Main Water Supply

  • Inspect main shut-off valve for accessibility and proper operation
  • Check for signs of leaks at the valve and incoming water line
  • Verify water pressure (typically 50–80 PSI range)

2. Water Heater

  • Inspect for leaks, rust, and corrosion
  • Test temperature & pressure relief (T&P) valve
  • Check expansion tank (if installed)

6. Piping System
